I ate this brand for years until I was put on a sodium restricted diet. There's no reason that I can see to add salt to oatmeal. Until Nature's Path at least lowers the sodium I'll be buying instant oatmeal with no salt added - yes it's available.

I like that this isn't full of the typical "junk" that is in instant oatmeal. When you're in a hurry, this is a good, nutritious breakfast. Nice blueberry flavor, not icky sweet.

I LOVE this oatmeal! It's almost impossible to find this flavor at my local stores, so Amazon came to my rescue! I always add a handful of raisins to mine and sprinkle generously with a tablespoon or so of wheat germ on top before I eat it...yum!
